Note on the Status of mrknuffke.net (Winter 1718 Update)

Greetings!

You may or may not be aware that in the fall of 2016, I became the  Curriculum Associate for Science & Technology in Deer Park UFSD (the place where I have spent my entire career to this point as a teacher).  Among other things that meant that I was not teaching classes anymore, and not as focused on updating and maintaining mrknuffke.net.

In December of 2017, I took a new teaching position at the Singapore American School, starting in August of 2018.  Among many other things, this means that mrknuffke.net is re-entering active development.  Still, that process is going to start slowly, and you won’t see anything happen around here through the end of the 1718 Schoolyear.

But What About The Goods?

Aside from my students, the major portion of mrknuffke.net traffic consists of teachers and students from other places, who are accessing the resources that are available.  All resources remain available at the same place on this site that they have always been available (Chemistry here, and AP Biology here).   My web host for this site is awesome, and cheap.   At the same time, it’s not free.  If you would like to contribute to the longterm status of mrknuffke.net, you can support the site (by supporting me) either on PayPal (one-time thing) or Patreon (more sustaining support).

What about <OTHER THING>?

I’m sure I have an answer.  Contact me to find out what it is.

THANKS FOR VISITING!

Words can not express how awesome I think it is that so many people find this website useful for their own teaching.  I am fully aware that many people visit every day to use the stuff I’ve put here.  I’m really glad to start the process of bringing this site back up to full function into the future.

  1. You are a big help and inspiration to so many of us, David. Thank you for taking the time to let us know your resources will still be available.

  2. First of all, Congratulations! Secondly, thank you so much for thinking of your fellow educators and continuing to help all of us ( I have certainly reaped the benefits of your website as have my students. )

    Wishing you the best!
